Introduction to Caviar 6pm & 8:30pm Seatings

Chef Kyle spent part of his formative years at Caviar Russe in New York.  There he came to understand and appreciate the potential and beauty of caviar.  He has chosen to use his first night as the executive chef of the Trust Kitchen to share with you the many facets of this delicacy.  $225 per person, food and wine pairings, tax and gratuities included.
