Battledish: Ecology Center 6:30 pm Seating

Chef Justin won Chopped once against three total strangers. I wonder if he can beat his colleagues here in the Trust Kitchen?  You be the judge.  We are excited to work with our local friends at the Ecology Center in San Juan Capistrano. We love being at the mercy of the soil; we love not knowing what we’ll be working with the night before we go down there; we love the drive home figuring out how we’re going to treat these gifts from the earth. The way we cook the meal is really fun: Three chefs, each chef picks four ingredients, and each ingredient gets its own dish. We never let the guests know who made which dish but at the end we always ask each person what their favorite dish of the evening is. We tabulate the results and a Battledish winner is named.  $200 per person including food, wine pairings, tax and gratuity. This is a vegetarian dinner!
