Chef Justin spent a month living in San Gimignano, during which he developed a fascination with trattoria style dining. He absolutely fell in love with this homey tradition. We have taken on some of the trappings of a ristorante and blended it with the old rustic and familial style of the Tuscan trattoria he experienced. $200 per person, food, wine pairings, tax and gratuities included.
